  1. You are a lucky man to find an old Deuce that nice! Enjoy it as long as the last owners did! Get signed up with the HAMB Deuce Club!

What a great car! Hope you keep the body original. Of course I am a little prejudiced.

Congratulations! You must be thrilled. I know I was when I found mine. What a great way to spend a cold winter day. I think I got a picture of a similiar car from up here in the NW that kept the same look.I'll see if I can find it.

Ugh! Awesome find! Like everyone else who had responded, I think our jealousy is only equaled by our admiration.

Thanks for all the responses guys. I am very geeked about this thing!

Yes, this is the craigslist car from Detroit area.

Plans are to keep it as original as possible at the moment, just maybe juice brakes, drop the front axle, and new tires. Hop up the banger (if its rebuildable). The body has some rust issues on the drivers side lower door and lower cowl. Eventually I'll have to repair those.

    Thanks,
    Mike

Very, very nice find, you will never forget this one.

  21. Great to see you got it home Mike, that looks like a great car to do. Glad you are happy with it.

And if you need a set of nearly perfect fenders I still have the set from the sedan I had last summer.
