For sale are late 1932 Ford transmission cover plates, stamped from 20 gauge steel like original, on dies that my roommate has CNC machined from original prints and measurement of two original covers. Anyone who is restoring a 32, knows how hard originals are to find, which gave us incentive to recreate these. The center hole can be cut to mimic the mid year design and the top holes can be left blank like the earlier plates if desired. We have a good chunk of money tied up in tooling to make these. Pricing at $200 ea. plus $15 shipping (USPS medium flat rate box). The black on in the first photo is one that has had the hole welded shut and then recut for a 39 trans by one of my buyers. I will ship internationally if postage cost is paid for by buyer. If interested please PM me or call 402-705-3757. Thanks, David
Here are some examples of modified covers that I have done. The first photo is a cover made to mimic the early design. The second is a cover that has been cut farther forward for use with a 39 transmission. The third is one that has been cut for a 39 transmission and then backfilled with the stamping blank by TIG welding it back in (the welding would be done by the buyer, but I will scribe where the new location should be. Thanks, David
