Does anyone own one of these or have a photo of one. I am curious as to what the heck a real original even looks like. Thank you
Assuming you're talking about 1932 Fords, there are several dealer brochures on the Old Car Brochure website: http://www.oldcarbrochures.com/static/NA/Ford/1932 Ford/index.html
For many years I was lucky enough to own what was called the 32 Ford salesman's hand book. It was just a little larger than a Readers Digest and contained all the drawings, specs and some pictures of all 32 Ford models including commercials. I thought I had some pictures of it but must have deleted them when I sold it. Went to a 32 Ford collector.
Very rare bird, back in the '80s and '90 it wasn't uncommon to see one offered for $2500. Brown simulated leather with gold embossed letters.
HOTRODPRIMER That is the book I had, sold it in a moment of weakness, but sure enjoyed being the caretaker for several years.
The original dealer albums are a lot bigger than the sales manual. Their are color pictures of all body styles in them. Many years ago at Hershey guys used to display them. Really neat books, wouldn't want to guess at today's value.
