ben, the work you've done so far looks terrific. it is great to see a chevy and a son and dad project. you will especially treasure it all in years to come. if you get a chance take a look at my 32 chevy in my profile. best of luck with your "project" and keep the pix coming!

Sorry guys havent updated any because I havent gotten anything done. Been really busy the past month or two with school and other things. I did recently graduate from Tennessee Technological University and am starting a job as a process engineer tomorrow at a place called Walker Die Casting. A couple of weekends ago when middle TN had all that flooding our garage got 17.5" in it so that made a big mess but we finally got everything cleaned up this past weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to get to work again here soon and I'll definitely keep y'all updated!

Wow that's a lot of water hopefully it didn't get into any of the vent areas of the rear end housings. Or hurt any of your projects, or equipment.
Good luck on your new job, and the car building will fall in line...John

yea it actually did get in the rearend but i have drained it and it also got in the tranny which i also drained. didn't hurt anything else we were actually at a car show in the other cars so they werent even there it jus moved a bunch of stuff around in the garage and made a mess. and at least now i'll have some steady income so i can buy a few little things i need :)

    Ben.

You've inspired me (half way around the other side of the planet!). I'm heading out to the shed and firing up the grinder and welder (proof below). After seeing all this I'm totally inspired to finish (or at least go out and work on) my 27 Chev.

Love your work, attitude and car.
