Built in 1957, a hot rod from the pacific northwest. It was originally painted salmon pink, redone sometime in the early 1960s, and is how you see it. It was refurbished/restored over the years, and has been pampered.

This pickup has been chopped 4 inches, and channeled 4 inches. Its bed has been shortened 6 inches to give it a proportioned look. the hood was custom made, and has louvered hood sides. A sectioned grille also fits the rest of the proportioned pickup. Custom made front splash apron give a very unique look, as does the custom rear taillight panel. Finishing everything off are front and rear nerf bars done in polished stainless steel.

Black lacquer paint is accented with professionally done flames. All tailgate brackets, exhaust brackets, exterior bolts, door strikers, latches, etc are chrome plated.

The engine is an excellent running 350 Chevy V8 that is one of the most reliable engines you would ever want to own. The transmission is a 3 speed automatic that runs equally well. The pickup has hidden ice cold air conditioning, hidden heater, and a stereo system with CD player. Custom exhaust is done with 12 inch glass pack mufflers, and finished off with "Belly Burner" pipes, done in polished stainless steel.

A beautiful 1958 Mercury Turnpike Cruiser steering wheel is mounted to an early chrome plated Ford steering column. 1956 Desoto gauges are mounted on the '32 Ford dash. These illuminate in a vibrant yellowish hue,and everything works. Dash knobs are early 1950 Ford. Brand new tires are mounted all the way around. 7.50x15 Firestones in the rear, and 5.60x15 Firestones in the front. Steelies with early Ford caps and thin beauty rings keep the traditional look. King bee headlights up front and 1949 Pontiac taillights.

The upholstery is professionally done in red and white tuck and roll, and was wrapped around high end posturepedic foam material. A custom made tonneau cover is upholstered in the same white material as the interior, and also has a vintage early Ford key and locking mechanism which secures everything inside the bed. Everything locks on this pickup, including both doors of the cab.

This is a multi award winning hot rod that was recently featured in Car Kulture Deluxe magazine. Over the years, it was featured in many other magazines, and is well known all over. It was displayed in the front row at the Grand National Roadster Show where a crowd gathered around it all weekend long. The pickup won many awards at Goodguys events over the years, and was also the feature artwork for their fliers, program, and T-Shirt design. It was also awarded Best Of Show and many events, small and large.

All turn signals, headlights, taillights, gauges, horn, air conditioning, heater, stereo, are in perfect working order. It has a clear title , along with receipts. Call anytime, day or evening. Have a wonderful day.
