Hot Rods 1929 Tudor- Stock Model A tank... with a 97...

I have a 29 with a stock tank... if I forget to turn off the gravity fed gas valve it just keeps syphoning through the 97...

It stresses me out every time I walk away if I haven't let it bleed out dry and die... in a perfect world what carb would be best on a stout banger motor

 

Seems any carb is going to do that with the stock tank set up?

 

They make electronic shut offs for those
