Projects 1928 Ford model a coupe project

Discussion in 'Traditional Hot Rods' started by beanheadjr, Mar 24, 2016.

  1. 1928 ford model a coupe.

Picked up a clean and solid model a from new york. This car is pretty well bone stock minus the brakes and wheels. My plan short term is to remove the bumpers and drop the headlights , relocate the horn under the fender and drive it for the summer.

You mentioned relocating the horn under the fender...why not make a simple bracket and hang the horn from the radiator support rods.

Very beautiful and classic. That old patina has something special..

  9. Great idea. But I like the look without a hood on my car.
