    That car has quite a profile! Somebody should recreate that one.
     
  3. When I was growing up, in the '60's, there was a family named George that lived in my area. There was at least 3 brothers and cousins (might be wrong on the count) and they were all various make, dealership mechanics. One brother named Billy had a severely channeled '34 Chevy 3 window coupe on majorly shortened '55 Chevy frame. He owned it forever, it seemed. I don't know what powered it early on but in later years (late '70's) it had a new (at the time) 454. He worked at the Chevy dealership;) of course! Your article gave me a flashback of that Badass little car. I seen it smoke tires for 3 blocks & turn around & smoke 'em back the other direction!:D
