So Strange.. watched "Desperate Generation" last week and wondered about where all the folks where at presently... Some have passed,.... others still here. Sorry to hear J.B about your pal Dano.
This is a nice tribute to your friend. You'll have to compose these sort of statements more often, as you get older. Let his memory inspire you to be helpful and kind. I bet it's what he'd want... A fine job on a proper eulogy for a hot rodder. Ya done good.
It appears as though Dano made every day count. It is better to die young than to have an uneventful, dreary and dull life that goes on for 80 years. RIP, Dano.

Condolences to the Nichols family and friends on the passing of Dano...Life has its twists and turns...many are difficult to negotiate but we find a way. @Jive-Bomber one thing you did to ease the loss was share Dano's passing with us. He was one of us and much more. Together we remember and share the loss. Thank you to the others also contributed memories about him. Rest in peace Dano. Regards, Stogy
