I had a muffler shop expand the ends of these pipes and I cut it off about half way through the expansion.

That's true, my powdercoater was a little afraid but I said I wouldn't hold him responsible if it turned to crap. I used All-Metal and it worked...
The good thing about it is it can be powdercoated. I used it to smooth the welds on my frame.
