Rotor is like a T with two ends slightly offset, so one fires slightly before the other. So plug leads for each cylinder are opposite each other...

Yes, Nash twin 8. Nash had twin plug straight 8 from 1929 to 1941 I think. They also did a straight 6 with with twin plugs which is a bit easier...
