I did use Caprice stw -85 exhaust manifolds. I had to move the box about 3/4 inch, its tight fit.And of course little pitman arm modification....
I did use Ford F1 rear brake hose on my -34. Peter

This sounds wrong. I should do it like this. Relay 30 hot from fuse, 86 from temp controller, 87 to fan, and 85 to ground. And the fan second wire...

If i remember right i did use a master cylinder for camaro-68 drum/drum. I think the orginal two of four holes lines up to the new master...

Try that. Or, with a Ohm meter. Hook Ohm meter one wire to sender, the other wire to ground body/chassie. If you have 1/2 tank gas it should show...

An easy test is to turn the key on and touch the wire that attaches to the sending unit to ground.....the fuel gauge should move all the way past...
