If the wheels have a manufacturing defect you should send them back.
That's not correct, if they're all 15" they should all take the same size hubcap. Did you maybe order two different kinds of wheel?
The wide fives are the same size as the modern 16" large ID wheels, they're very common, almost any 16" wheel from the 90s or newer will work.
Late 50s-early 60s Plymoth
I like it overall, but I don't really understand the wheel choice. If you want it to look like steel wheels why not just use steel wheels? I like...
What info are you looking for? Yes, there were plenty of 15" aftermarket wheels available pre-war, even some 14". Like you said, they were made to...
Modern wheels have a different shape on the backside to clear disc brakes better. Are you using 15" wheels?
I wonder why it has such a hard time making wire wheels that look right. Every one I've seen looks like it has bent spokes.
It doesn't do wire wheels very well yet either.
It's a Marmon-Herrington wheel.
That's a good looking wheel collection. I'm not sure what that wire wheel is, but it looks similar to a Jordan wheel, except a Jordan has a normal...

Is this the dimple you're talking about? If so, It's there the clear the hubcap clip rivet on the early wheels. Later wheels used a countersunk...
That's the 17" version
I've got some I think are old aftermarket ones, they're stainless and attach to the edge of the rim like most wheel covers do. I don't think...
When looking for Buick rims make sure you get the 6" wide version, the earlier 6.5" wide ones are too small for the Ford centers and won't fit....
Chrysler Imperials had a 5 on 5.5" 15x6 with guide pins. That's probably what you're thinking of
