I don't know what it is, but if you use "ctrl+" and zoom in on the front wheel you can tell it is 4wd.

Looks like the tie rod end got into the drum and the drum pulled the arm down. I would check the tie rod ends for wear.
Check the casting numbers to make sure it's a 427 and not a 366.
