The wheels must register on the hub properly so that the studs aren't taking the load. Dodge wheels have a larger center.
I do have several of those center sections with 4.56 ring and pinion.

We use a piece of copper tubing with a m/c hand grip on the end. Heat tube with a torch, then bore a hole in the plastic lens.
Nothing like good old "Detroit" steel wheels.
