The method of cutting louvers has been around a long time .
Ain’t that a thing of a Great Beauty .
These ones are cut to length , not punched .
Upper Tool is like a 1” long punch , lower Tool is also 1” long but has open ends to...
These are cut to length , as opposed to punched at a set size .
Takes 4 or 5 passes to cut and shape each louver.
Small heat shield I did for under a 32 Pickup .
The machine I have for this is a Vibro-Shear , similar to the Pullmax.
