Here is a picture of my old sedan with 6.50 on the rear. You can see the difference in all 3 sizes between mine and CT1932Ford.
I've had good luck with JB Weld. Fill it in the cracks good and sand smooth.
The story behind it was pretty cool too. I believe they said it was on or in a sedan that was completely buried somewhere around there.

Here is an old more door I had with stock suspension and 16x4. The stock springs really needed to be re arched but it's gives you an idea.
This my first time out there. Loved it. Definitely plan to get out there again next year for the 50th.
