Your splash aprons are two piece which say 1930. The small splash apron piece is connected to the front fenders which is how they came in 1930....
Or 29 business coupe. If so it is pretty rare.
1928-29 Coupe and Tudor are 26 15/16. 1930-31 Tudor and Pickup 27 7/16.

I've never heard of a larger oil pan. Dipsticks should be cheap to pick up. Do you have a friend with a stock Model A that you can check the length?
