Driven disc is in backwards....... When you tighten the trans bolts you force the crankshaft FORWARDS forcing it into the engines thrust bearing.

IMO the best cord to use when pulling windows in is 16ga stranded, insulated auto wire, the kind you buy at Shucks to rewire your stereo.
