I use similar products all the time as window flashing. In instances where the product won't stick we use a "Grace" brand primer/ sealer. Works...

Spray foaming glass cleaner is generally "Sprayway" brand. Here in norcal it can be purchased at Safeway or your local glass shop.

I think Fur Biscuit is referring to the burnouts in the parking lot while people were still milling about.
