the first and second picture are the same head casting num 3755538

the number stamped is TV1202II Richard
the block numbers 3756519 , it was in a 59 gmc spartan truck . at one point in time the 3884520 head was swap in place of the original. that...
I got that engine off of a fire truck whith those heads on and are still on . [IMG] It was running whith those heads for a long time .
