My brother bought a '59 MGA in '64 and the whole car was metric; except for the engine! It was sae entirely.
A cast steel will still ring like a forged but shouldn't break like in the above pic.
Shoebox for 52, Comet bought new so 48 and my Crosley for 16.

About 2" of thread used in two places, and a tapered castle nut. I think there are missing pieces. I win?
Explain to me why one could be standing on a tire and still get zapped from a magneto or even battery ign? Conductor to capacitor?
Piece of tape on shaft of hone extending out about 3" positioned so when hone is at bottom it will touch the deck surface. I like previous post.
Spring was heated and bent so much its Dead on the Axle.
Look fro a Crosley front axle. Has some drop but I don't know what suspension is planned.
