Id love to find an old International Harvester Scout 800 series... But in this neck of the woods they rusted out pretty fast.

Just curious...How do you get the fuel curve and jetting right on a setup like that?

I think I nailed it down.. Its a "Phillips automatic starting gate" developed to pace and start (horse) Harness racing.....
