The Jalopy Journal
Looks great. What a save.
I´m so sorry to hear that.
Nice. Doesn´t even look all that rough.
Tried a bit of a Hirohata style grille.
I´d have thought it wouldn´t be impossible to make some new window profiles from tube. I used to have a Karmann Ghia and the side windows in those...
Had a bit of time to smooth this out....
Very roughly (since i´m supposed to be working), is this the sort of thing you were after?
The Matranga style side windows are hard to make work. You need to have a window line that´s a constant curve and this Vauxhall has a flat spot....
Artillery wheels in the two tone green with caps. It´ll look great.
Well that´s good news.
That´s extremely cool. Why did he make a frame for it though? Did he not start with a complete Corvette?
Did not see that coming! Love the originality on here.

Also often thought that WW1 "lozenge" camouflage would be interesting to see on a car, as long as you can avoid any "theme car" nonsense.
Rot'n - Is that the real thing or did someone copy it?! Incredible thing to run into either way.
Real quick and rough, as i didn´t want to end up spending half a day on it...(it´s about the design, not necessarily the execution) and along the...
I see you, Blue Train Bentley! Looks great.
Black over blue
This ended up as Aussie Sloper vs round door Rolls Royce.
Don´t do it! Personally, I much prefer the look of the short door cars and they seem to be a lot more rare too. I only altered the red car above...
Well it isn´t strictly speaking an aero engine, or a vintage racer, but this is an early Land Rover (pre 48 design, thank you very much) with a...
You could make this out of a long door.
Here´s a more custom version of the 48 3w. Added 47 Caddy style door sections and a gentle curve to the swage lines on the front and rear fenders,...
