The #48 roadster is Jim Nelson, Dragmaster Jim Nelson
What is the name of the stuff? Always on the lookout for something better for the boards.
Dave, love this guy's aero attempt. Way ahead of his time!
I wouldn't want to get any paint on that floor. It's very nice.
The car is very nice, but, Pat, lets address those running boards. With such a perfect paint finish, at least wipe 'em down with something.
Yes it is the same car, before Loukas partnered with Neil Leffler.
That is Leffler & Loukas. Preising partnered with Loukas after Leffler & Loukas split up.
Leffler partnered with Bill Coburn (the guy he put the...
It's the drag link. Back in the 60's guys would try using a truss on the drag link to keep it from whipping at speed. The flex would cause...
Hmmmmm, this requires much thought.
That would be my plan too. ^
Need a driver??:D:rolleyes:
So then, we are going to run that bitch as hard as she will go. Right on!!
Do it how you think best Marty, but if it were mine, and that bitch would 10's, by God, that's what I'd set it up to do. Have some fun with it!
Going to take a while to get out the left side of that '34 coupe.
Marty, do you just want the option to remove the body, or do you see a need to once the car is finished. The roll bar in the old red car was...

If you know Eric, as nice a guy as he is, you know that's the weak link in the supply chain. "Timely" is not in Eric's vocabulary.
That Model A is perfect like it is. If you are not going to IRS/IFS, it's only going to get so good, it's a Model A! If you really have to fuck...
Not me. Post away!
That's junior Thompson in the Isky t shirt. He won little eliminator at the US Nationals in his 41 Studebaker sedan.
Like I said Roo, I had no idea a T/F driver had so many steps to go through. Again, thank you for sharing that.
That don't bother me. It would get all messed up anyway. ;)
And that leads to tire shake.
In the Hemi picture, Ol' Dale is working that right rear pretty hard!
That is beautiful! ^^
The riser box on the Yellow Fang appears to be just that, it raises the hat up from the blower. For why, I don't have a clue. Maybe Roo will give...
Thanks for the explanation Roo, I never realized there was that much to working the clutch with the later slipper clutches.
Miss Autorama could give me a trophy anytime! :D
Your Surfer scoop is cool, but, Dude, your avatar is killer!!
