I would say Solidworks. Very user friendly, very well set up and easy to navigate. It also has good tutorials for beginners.
We used solidworks to design our entire FSAE car.
With add-ons like Cosmosworks and photoworks it just gets better.
Very useful tool.
At school we bonded fiberglass panels to our tube chassis for our formula SAE car using Hysol by loctite. Worked great. Easy to use.
