any advice on a good source for gaskets needed?
I know its been talked about on here before, but im looking for parts details
I have a 1957 pontiac 347 with a broken rod but...
i use chemical handeling safty goggles , not the cheapest but work great
ive had good luck with color safe bleach mixed up with water in a spray bottle and rub it in a bit and blot with a towel, should work with out...

i do have the original and recently put new brushes and bushings, solenoid is good
but the windings seem to be shot....

i have used it from Fonzie i think , on Ebay
it works good and didnt yellow, but if your tires a dry rotted at all it will peal off.
