Harland Sharp rockers are TOP of the line.
The cushions are resting on a cup shaped washer.
Drive a chisel or screwdriver between the cup & the cross member, plus a big hammer on the motor...
Moving the pitman arm solves nothing.
Modify the truck pan with a hammer or move the sump back by cutting & welding.
The best fix is a '49 or '50...
Look at Jeep or Willy's stuff.
Bolt size would 3/8"- 16, about one inch long would work.
I agree. Looking closer I see holes for SS trim on the beltline.

1932 thru 1937 drive shafts do not have a bearing midway. Tubular shaft.
1938 thru 1948 drive shafts are solid and have bearing midway.
The fix is a DROPPED TIE ROD, very common in the day & easily fabricated.
Someone will provide a picture from an old magazine article.
The air cleaner pictured is for a '34 thru '36.
The '37 & later use the element that is pictured.
The only thing missing from this great show was Dan Greenberg.
The starter drive needs no lube, must be clean & dry.

To run a 59A pushed in an 8BA motor, drop a 59A pushrod bushing into the 8BA bushing. It is a light press fit. Works very well.
