Getting ready to pull the pan on a 51 Hornet I recently acquired, did you have to remove the center steering bracket to get the pan down?
Looks like its been sold.

Just try and find another that is close to you......not easy.
Cadillac used only the 429 in 64 as far as I know, there were 2 versions:
429 with TH400 used adapter and crank set up for TH400 only on Deville...
Got the Sedan Deville out for a bit
8 cylinder 46 - 48 coupes and sedans have 127.5" wheelbase, all are 216.75" overall length.
Love what you've done with the New Yorker, I recently picked up a 47 Club Coupe, still got a good running straight 8 in it.
