If you drop the tie rod lower it will be below the scrub line.
That front end needs some major work. Raising the engine to clear the tie rod and lowering the steering arm to level it out should take care...
No because the two ends need to be level.
No bump steer because of the oil pan steering brake.
I have a mechanical fuel pump on a Hurst mount. The ports are clockable....
add high build 2 k primer or sprayable polyester to that list

100 plus amp alternators are easy to come by. Most newer cars have them.
Looks like 2wd toyota. They are 5 lug and axles bolted from the ends.
K&N filters are junk. They let to many fine particles through. Paper filters are better.

Wash it down with reducer and start over. Paint the whole thing at once. Hang it up from the fill tube. Use hardener.
After using urethane based auto paints I will never go back to acrylic enamel. The urethane paint is tougher sticks better and cures up faster.
