As a fan of PRIMERED vehicles I'm going to say that flat black paint is not primer but fake patina.

It really depends on if your using a sealer or not and if your wet sanding or dry sanding.
I use 320 on a finnish DA dry first on large panels...

When I was a kid I bought a package of HALLS at the DX station thinking they were candy. Boy was I disappointed.

Put a chome chain link steering wheel in it and you can sell it for big bucks. At least that's what a buddy of mine did with his no body mounts...
