it is just something the I have always been interested in, every since I can remember I was looking at HotRod Mag.
I bought this car in 1981 put it in a barn, pulled it out 13 years ago. Chopped the body, narrowed the rear frame and the 9 inch rear (w\3.89 gears) clipped the front end, added a 4.6 police interceptor EAOD trans. Made the interior with 4 mustang buckets, long console. Added a 1957 dash with Dolphin gauges. Electric door openers, power windows and crown vic door latches. (donated from the same on I got the drive train from.) Made the tilt steering column from tail pipe and a 1986 thunderbird column. My bother painted the car and I have driven it for several thousands of miles without any problems so far.
I call her MONSTER, kinda like Frankenstein. Made up from several different vehicles, but all are Fords.
