cydways, Good luck on your '55. You can find my mild Club Sedan in my intro. Just click on my name, and look for posts that I started. Should be too many to look through before you find it.

Some standard 55-56 Kustom tricks, if there is such a thing. 55 merc wagon taillight, or 60 Dodge Pheonix taillights. 58-60 Thunderbird Front bumper, '55 Pontiac side trim.

that car belongs to my friend jack demattius from cedar grove, nj...he rear ended an SUV with it last year....the car is redone now, but it now has a 54 chevy grille bar with 53 teeth....shame about the meteor grille....

Here's a great looking '55 Fairlane Vic. It has a huge but subtle mod, in that the guy grafted on a complete roof from a '56 (non-Crown) Vic, which has a factory chop.

HEy guys couldn't resist both these shots are of the same 55 ford that I raced here at thompson speedway in street stock in 1971 it was already a racer for 10 years before this.So I didn't cut up a car to do this I wasa 17 at the time.IF I could find someones parts car I would like to recreate this car as I'm a member of New England Antique Racers or NEAR .I'd like to find somebodys shell of a parts car otherwise I won't build a new car

Holy S%$T!!! That just might be the ultimate "gook wagon"!!
The funny thing is, who ever did that is obviously super talented when it comes to working with stainless or aluminum (??) I can't imagine the hours upon hours that went into it. The craftmanship is top notch, its just that the whole thing is over the top!!

No shit?!! Thanks for that insight! I remember the thread about the Cernys Sr and Jr, and your picture being posted, but I didn't notice the top! I believe that your picture was taken at Paso, but I don't recall having seen the car there (although I've been there every year since 1993)!
