Always a great to bolt the body on for the final time. Looks great. Not many Model A Gassers today.

The 40 looks great ! Love these cars done up as gassers. The 426 Wedge really sets it off. The color is perfect.

I am jealous. I get to go home for a week and a half then gone for 3 months. I get to keep day dreaming about working on mine.

Tried to see that site but for me at least the photos don't show up? Can read the posts but no photos.

  25. Can't put them here. I am sorry.
Up here we see older Chevies and the odd Studebaker as well as the more traditional types. Back in the day anything you could get your hands on was fine.

Our local drag strip runs a five race series for vintage gassers. They usually get between a dozen and 20 cars for the class. Very fun show to watch.

His name is Superdave. He changed from Dave several years ago when his credit card magnetic strip wore out. The only way the credit card company would replace a card for free was if the customer had a name change.

He hung up the phone and called back a minute later:
Credit Card person: Hello, how may I help you?
SD: I'd like to have a new credit card issued. I've had a name change.
    CCp: What was your name?
    SD: David (Last name).
CCp: What is your new name?
    SD: Superdave (Last name).

Trus story. Google Superdave Felt bicycle racer.

When my '49 Attic Anglia project is complete

we plan to license both Anglias and drive them cross country to the West Coast.
