I'm counting down the days. Can't wait to see some old friends and all the cool rides at SIM. I gotta tell you, the guys are burning the midnight oil at Quain's in order to get their gassers ready to go. It should be a wild show for sure!

Just wanna say thanx to all the clubs involved for organizing such a great event. I know some of the members and they put in a lot of work so we can go out and have a.great time while showin off our hot rods and hot bikes and hot women. Spread the word and bring 2,3,4,5 etc friends so they will do the same next year

Yes he did, and we have more planned. But tying to get it to go fast now. Over the off season I built a new frame, 427, Jerico trans etc. But im running behind and short handed around the shop. The car will probably be still running the SBC at the show unless I find some more time to get it done.

  16. I'm pretty excited. How kid friendly is the event? Can I bring my 7 year old and camp with her or will it be too rowdy at night?

Hey man. We make the show as kid/family friendly as possible.
The pin up contest is modest, with the contestants wearing only period correct clothing. No nudity is allowed. The music isnt explicit either, it's pretty "radio friendly". However it isn't produced by Disney either. lol! The members of the car clubs that I've had the pleasure of meeting are also some of the coolest cats you'll find.
As with any event like this, use your own judgment though. You know as well as I do that there's almost always at least one dumbass in a crowd this size.
I will say this, We all have kids for the most part, and most of them will be at the event with us. I have a 7 year old son who will be tearing up the field on his vintage bicycle.:D
    Hope to see ya there!

X3. I'm starting to get the hang of this. Just don't set up camp near the tent with the "CAUTION" tape tide to it. That guy snores like a chainsaw.;)
