Whoever started those three rumors doesn't know anything about how to start a good rumor , those were just common run of the mill rumors that nobody takes seriously . He should move to Hollywood and take lessons from the pros !! Now back to the good stuff , I'm looking forward to you open house at the new shop .

Well…now that is a Happy Easter prayer come true. I love your products and wouldn't want them to go away. I will be at your open house in Sante Fe Springs as that is where I built my dealership on Valley View. It is a good town to deal with on business issues.

Some of my buds were at the old hangout in San Jose (John's Drive In) in '82, my nephew and I stopped in to say hello.
We were talking in the lot, (about 4 or 5 friends) when this fat wannabe cowboy walks up, faded ol' Wranglers, turned-up toed cowboy boots, crushed-up straw cowpoke hat...
Asks if anybody knows (my name, my shop name) 'cuz "My car's in there, an' it has been for 2 months...can't get this guy to move on it!"
I have never seen this unscrubbed jasper before, so I say, "Yeah, I hear he has a few jobs goin', what does this guy look like?"
The guy describes ME as a fat guy, (I weighed 180 then, 6' tall) with a moustache.
    (that part he got right)
He told us where the shop was located, and his car was a '34 sedan...My buds were snickering, and looking from me to him. I told him the best thing he could do was leave a note. He said he had...
When he walked off, my pal Jack said, "What'd you do, part that car out??? I've been there every day, and never saw it."
I asked my nephew, "Maybe we'd better drop back there and check? Maybe it's somewhere in the shop..."
We laughed, but I went back and opened the shop and looked anyway...Anything could get lost in 5,000 square feet...
Nephew said I was 'losing it'... I said, "What??? That '34???"

Ya can't hate rumors. After all, they make you famous.

Hey Steve.....Almost finished the engineering on that new artificial leg you ordered--I`ve wheeled out the lower leg so you have leg muscles and can wear shorts now......

Do you think that will fly as the new rumour? Maybe I should have made one for Elvis...
