I wanted to order some stuff from Limeworks for my sedan project and got on the computer late one night. Just a couple of little bits - nothing big. I paid with my Pay-pal account and in the comment area, I wrote "HAMB member 'deucetruck' ". I think it's important that Alliance vendors know that we use and appreciate them. Anyway, the next day I received a refund of 10% on my order. Again, not a big amount, but it was the noticed and appreciated. Thanks to Limeworks for their effort in bringing us quality products and being a stand-up company that takes care of their customers!!!
It's so nice to hear a pleasant response. I was expecting to hear a gripe fest. Most vendors care about their customers! Even the good ones get unreasonable customers. It's nice to hear some praise!!
I bought my column from them on a HAMB deal and they were great to work with!! I seem to remember something came up and there was going to be a bit of a delay with the column and they called me to let me know and it wasn't even much of a delay like a couple of days or something. That's when you know they are on top of their game.
You are all too kind, I like to check out any feedback pos or neg , it's very gratifying to know we are on our game. We are as most of you know moving ,starting yesterday, Friday they moved our phone ( number is the same 562 698 1227 ) & internet so we had no service for Friday, very unnerving. Machines will move end April first May so I can still make columns etc as needed.It will just be Carol, James & Myself from now on, this month has gone smoothly so far. We emptied the loft yesterday the sale is coming , probably start this coming Friday , I'll do a post with photos, there is a lot of stuff !!!!
I was happy with everything I've received from lime works, never thought to put hamb member in the PayPal message area. Feel a little dumb at the moment
