I just purchased a set of nice B & M ? 2 piece valve covers. Can't find much info on them as far a value goes. I'll post a couple pictures tomarrow. They a possibly mid 80's high end street rod stuff. Now part of my valve cover collection. Gary

Here is an Offenhauser dual quad manifold for SBC. This is one of the earliest versions of this manifold style. There is no part number cast into this anywhere and the carburetor stands are taller than the later version of this manifold which are lower. There is also only two mounting patterns for the carburetor where as the later ones had three. I have a later version of the manifold listed on page #18 of this thread post #341 if you want to see the differences.

Very early Wedge Engineering blow proof bell housing. Later versions had 55-65 cast into them and the company location. Check out the later bell post #386 of this thread.

I have a Pete Jackson front drive distributor / timing cover and an NHRA steel two piece bell-housing with side mounts. It says 55-57 Chevy and a partnumber. I've owened the bellhousing since 1965.

Looks like its based on the Offenhauser low rise dual quad. Cool piece.

  18. I have a P&G valve gapper from 1961. It wasn't specific to Chevy, but it was the sekret weapon for setting the valve gap accurately back in the day. I would have posted a pictue, but I am in the process of putting a new computer together, and am not at the point where I have all my picture files transferred to my new machine. I will post it if anyone is interested in seeing one.

OK, I know there have been WEIAND blower manifolds already posted and even a NOS one, but how about one still in the box with the gasket set. There was even newspaper packing in the box dated 1962 and it is the SAY-WHY-AND version with front and rear pop-off valves

Aluminum 2 piece timing cover. It has no makers markings anywhere on it but I believe it to be an early Comp Cams piece.

Wedge Engineering one piece blow proof bell housing. Usually these were two piece. The one piece versions are very hard to find as I hardly ever come across them in my travels.

Weiand finned aluminum pan with wider spaced fins. Other versions of this pan had more fins.

Uncommon Hi-Tech crossram style high rise intake manifold. The earlier version was called the McFarland Tork Link. Used on circle track cars usually.
