Fantastic build! I keep referencing it for ideas and numbers! I'll be lookin for ya at the Roundup.

  2. Very cool build! Love all the sneaky tuck and roll inserts.

How awesome do those shrink discs. Where do you get them? I'm in Australia, we're behind the times haha.

Good call, man. Tough one, but a good call. If you want a hand with anything all you gotta do is call...

No worries dude! The reason I and a lot of other dudes do this is to spread the word and get more people interested in our little corner of the car universe. Thanks for checking it out and good luck with your build! Just remember all you gotta do is start. They built Ferraris on stumps with hammers, Hot Rods are no big deal :)

That is why most of us work on and drive these old cars. I passed a toddler outside with his mom today in my falcon that the muffler fell off of so its loud and the kid turned completely around and pointed me out to his mom. She probably gated me but I'm pretty sure I helped make a new car guy today.

Also dreddy your car is awesome. Did you make it to LSRU this year? Did I miss pics of that.

Mines not as low as yours, but it'd be pretty cool if they were sitting side by side.

It's been a while, but man making what was probably the most screwed coupe body you could have into a semi paintable body was a bit of an undertaking. It's not perfect, but it'll be one color!

Peaked the decklid. I got this for 35$. It was pretty tweaked so I didn't feel bad screwing with it :)

I love this stuff. Definitely helps fill in small imperfections, of which there were LOTS.

    Getting there.

10 Dollar Lowes angle molded rain gutters turned out all right.

Now to let it dry up a bit and see how I feel about stopping all this mucking about and just painting the damn thing.

I realize your already past the bondo stage, but if you ever try Evercoat Gold bondo you'll like it. And it's 35 a gal. not 50 bucks. Your car is a big inspiration to me. NOT that i was copying you in any way, it's just i like you style.
