Thanks a bunch. I am taking the rest of the week off after today. I am going to have all day tomorrow to work on the wagon hopefully.
We have 1 brake that is acting funny and I have some lighting issues to take care of and we aer going to try to get the rear window tracks taken care of.

Hopefully I will get to drive it a little tomorrow.

 

Drove the wagon today. Ordered seat belts and need to get the back window in exhaust and front end alignment.

I just took my son around the block. It was a country block so we went about 3.5 or 4 miles

 

man, he's grown a lot since last year....

 

Yep he is 10 now he will be 11 in July.

 

Looking forward to meeting in BG! Hopefully we'll have our wagon there too!

I believe he has he has grown 2 inches and 20 pounds in the last 3 months. He is playing basketball and football all the time.

 

He will be even taller when he gets the "GUY TRIP" Mohawk.

 

I picked up some pieces last Thursday for the rear window. I got the stainless pieces that the window rolls up into.
Then the wife and I went out of town for the weekend today is our anniversary.
She has been putting up with me for a long time. We have been married for 23 years.

Time to get back on it this week

I got out in the garage last night and messed around a little bit. I pulled all the fuses and checked them as I do not have any wipers or a working cigarette lighter. tonight I will work on the rear window tracks.
Tomorrow I am supposed to take the rear window and all the parts I have collected so we can get it ready to install.

Taking the rear window to a friend of mine so he can work on all of the framework that goes around it. I don't know when it will be ready but he will get it today

 

The wife and I are going to drive the wagon to a Funeral service today followed by a cruise downtown. One of the local guys has died of cancer last week and they are having a life celebration today. He was cremated and this is the type of service he wanted to have he did a lot of Street Rod interiors and lot of Show car interiors. His name was David Lewallen

Got car out yesterday afternoon and cleaned the wheels and interior. The wife and I went for a ride to a funeral we did not stay for the cruise downtown. Three of my seatbelts came in yesterday. today it goes to the frontend shop. It will be aligned tomorrow. I took a couple of pics of the car and I will post them in a little while.

Here are a few pics from the other day. I drove it to the frontend shop with no problems and also did some stop and go traffic thru town. The total was about 15 miles. It is supposed to be aligned this morning.

The last pic the dog had to "Photobomb" it.

 

Frontend Aligned me and my son drove it about 25 miles yesterday just riding around.
Maybe this weekend or next week the exhaust can get put on.

 

do any of you guys know what the number is on the dome light in the car. I would like to pick one up today if you know what it is.
