History Can You Help Me ID This Old Hot Rod?

I ran across this old hot rod and I'm not really sure what body this is. Can anyone ID it?

not old at all, built by a guy in toledo. goes by dogpatch customs.

 

Thanks for the info. Pin striping on the car is dated 1973, so it's been around for awhile. Still looking for information on what body was used in the build as I don't recognize it.

 

The body was hand fabbed.

Car is currently resting in a garage in Lake County Ohio waiting for the warm summer sun (I'm sure it's out there somewhere) to go cruising.
