Really starting to dig the fenders, may have to keep them on the Vicky now. Do the tires rub when you guys get them down in the weeds? Because they sure look kick ass that way

 

Mine rub sometimes. But I just remember what condition makes it rub and try to avoid it.

My roadster with steel fenders- I took them off and thought about selling them, but after seeing this thread, I think I'll lower the suspension and keep 'em! yes the tires rub,, and its OK....

 

used 28-29 fenders on 30-31 roadsters 4 times so far,, loooks sooooo goood !!

 

30 coupe with 28 fenders



rear bobbed about 4 1/2"

This one was at the Piston and Power show in Cleveland this weekend. It has been in storage since 1973 and just pulled out last month.

 

Another '30 with fenders / boards.... and a '32 warmed up B engine and some other goodies !

 

super nice. this thread is up almost everyday lately.

 

Every time this thread updates it sure makes me happy with my choice of car that I put together a few years ago. Right now the engine is out for some work but should be back together and in its 'home' in the next week or two - just in time for the snow to (hopefully) disappear for the year

I don't know how someone could say '32 grilles don't belong on an A. That's one fine coupe sir.
