Always looked forward to seeing Jack at Bonneville. He was a true gentleman with a great sense of humor. Just a down right nice guy. God bless Jack and condolences to Judy and Troy and the family.

Dam he was such a cool guy. Talked with him in length when he wanted to buy my wife's comet about 10 years ago and saw him again at Bonneville a couple years ago and the guy rembered my name.

    Godspeed Jack!

We spent about twenty minutes with Jack last Friday at Autorama. I'm absolutely shocked. My heart goes out to the entire Trepanier family. Words can't express what a great person Jack was and what a wonderful family he was blessed with.

Back in the day Jack ran a Texaco service station and raced stock cars in the Sportsman division at the Kankakee Speedway.
    RIP Mr. Trepanier.

I am the Shop Manager and Machinist at Rad Rides. I was privileged to get to spend near every day around Jack for the past seven and a half years. He was one of my best friends in the world, a Grandfather to my kids, and a man I admired and loved. Jack was truly one of a kind. Somehow he managed to be cantankerous yet considerate to a fault. Jack managed the day to day operations at the shop. He was a huge part of the success of Rad Rides. Despite that giant responsibility, he always had time for everyone. If you needed to blow off steam he was there to listen. If you needed a ride he was standing there with the keys in his hand. If you needed a place to stay his door was always open. The night before his open heart surgery, he replaced the light bulb in my CNC machine just to save me the trouble. To say Jack was a hard worker is an understatement. Other than his show trips, which also involve long hours, he was at the shop pretty much seven days a week. On top of all that Jack was extremely talented and had a huge knowledge base. He was just as at home rebuilding the cruddy carb on my old Lincoln dumpster as he was wiring or tuning a high end car with a 1000hp twin turbo motor. YOU WILL BE MISSED MY FRIEND!!!

  24. Troy always had a booth set up almost every year at BTT50's in St.Paul, spoke to Jack a few times, very down to earth and took the time to talk to you no matter how busy he was setting up and wiping down the car's. Sorry for your loss Troy and family.
    R.I.P. Jack!

I was passing through and decided to stop in the shop. Jack didn't know me from Adam, but he spent the time showing my daughter and myself all of the projects they were working on. He patiently answered all of questions (a lot!) and made us feel welcome and important! Guys like Jack are few and far between! Our prayer are with the Trepaniers

All my best to Judy, Troy and the family as well. Wonderful people who took the time to show around a bunch of high school kids and left an everlasting impression.
