cool car! I think what Vincent meant was that this Olds has been converted to a convertible by a european coach builder called Langenthal.

Vincent, these are very rare cars in this condition. "One-in-a-million" finds. Very impressive.

I think you really need to go & buy a couple of lottery tickets. You just stumbled onto a major double-win there. & while your luck is running hot... :D .

I find it increadable that those two cars survived WWII & the aftermath individually, much less together. I hope you can get them, & will take good care of them, they deserve it.

Vincent 48, what a wonderful story. I wish you the very best in your effort to restore and own the 32, and I hope you find a good buyer for the Olds. Please keep us informed on progress.

Sounds more like the doc had two cars. On Oldsmobile and a '32 B400. He worked on the Olds and was eyeballing the '32.

Amazing what survived the WWII in Germany. In 1962 there was in Furth a 32 B400 for sale on a carlot for $250. And from old town Nurnberg a senior student at Nurnberg American High School found and bought a BMW Mille Miglia Roadster from 1938.

That's great, Vincent. Those are both incredible time capsules. What will you do with the Ford? Restore it to original, leave it as is, or hot rod ?
