Hello all. New to this site but not to wrenching. I have been building and painting since I was a teen but am just now getting around to my street rod project. I have built mostly muscle cars, full size trucks and still drive a 69 Chevelle. Building a honda with my 13 year old daughter right now but gathering parts for my truck. I am building a 41 Dodge pickup right now. Trying to keep it traditional and Dodge. So far I have found a mint 38 grill, late 30's artillery wheels, 37 plymoth center speedo, and a slant 6 do be different. I didn't want to just put a chevy smallblock in it. Hopefully I will get to start building my frame soon.
Welcome; I used to own a '36 Ply coupe with a center speedo that I bought for $50.00 and drove it home 3 miles away. Mind you it was 50 years ago.; pretty neat setup.
