History Help with wheel identification

I'm wondering if anyone knows the make of the rear wheels on this FED. It's for sale at a very reasonable price and I'm considering picking it up as a donor car. But then again, it may make a good cackle car.

Halibrand magnesium, Probably 16"x10" maybe 11"

Yes, they are way up there. Not buying them for $400 anymore nowdays.

 

Well, I'm going to pick up the hot rod tonight. It also has an early Olds Mickey Thompson center section. If I'm unable to update the chassis to get a current certification, I'll see if someone is interested in it as a cackle car.

That my friend is what is known as a dumb question !

 

Can't remember a four windowed Halibrand that's bigger than 12" wheel. I think they are Palamedies. (I probably spelled that wrong)
