I chuckled at your story, as it's nearly exactly what happened to me and my uncle on his build...in the interest of time, we thought a partially completed model A would be the build for him, "we'll just freshen it up over the winter"....lol, as soon as we started into it, the plot thickened...by spring it was the start of a complete build.... I love it but… get a latch and handle for that deck lid. Those hood clamps jump out as "I forgot something" especially in chrome.
Oh My, I do like the look of that car and what a perfect stance. It sure has that "drive me a lot" look to it.
