Projects White 49-54 chevys. lets see them.

Pontiac had an off-white in the early 1950s that is almost a yellow. Here's a random '51 Pontiac photo I found with a quick google search. I think you might like the color on your car?

I like the cream whites i put in on a few cars I had and thinking more towards the creams.

 

I hear ya. That poncho color is more egg-nog than cream! But it does look beautiful and you never see it except on restored Pontiacs, which aren't exactly common.

I think I'm talking myself into using it on my '53 Chevy.

 

My Opinion: paint it white and do the roof in a slightly diffrent tone, like on the first foto you posted! That looks great!
