    Description

A Nissen Bakery delivery truck with the bed resembling a loaf of bread, in the early 1900s. The John J. Nissen Baking Company was started in 1900 by Jurgen Jepsen Nissen, a Danish immigrant who changed his name to John because it was more American.

    Description

A truck crosses over the Sandy River on the suspension bridge in Strong. The bridge is flexing under the load of this light cargo truck, a common sight with this type of bridge.

Three kinds of transportation in one photo. Pretty cool.

Canadian Pacific 4-6-2 No. 2617 and CP steamship Princess Helene meet for an across-the-pier connection between Dominion Atlantic Railway train 98 and the Bay of Fundy steamer at Digby, Nova Scotia. Photo by renowned railroad photography Phillip Hastings.

Would love to meet one day mate!
We went cross country skiing, only problem was there wasn't enough snow so it was a long cold walk around a mountain top!:p
I guess you have to try everything at least once though, right?

....... it's a couple of days since I have visited.
I was expecting about 5 pages minimum to go through.
Imagine my surprise when I find someone has stolen six pages since I last looked!
    Something spooky going on here.
    Be afraid, be very afraid!
