I have this Edmund 6 Cylinder aluminum head and intake. I thought it was a Hudson. I have been looking at some head gaskets and what I have found don't match. The closest bolt pattern for the head off a picture of a gasket is Dodge. But the intake has square ports and the Dodge has round ports on the intake. I believe these are a set.

The intake manifold looks like Hudson to me. Is there any sort of I.D. on the underside of it? Many Edmunds intakes had some sort of identification there.

I looked all over the intake for a number but did not see one. I'm going to clean it up better and see if I can find one.

google finds a few pics from ebay of Hudson heads, they have that distinctive rectangular coolant bypass hole in front of the thermostat, just like yours.

Definitely Hudson. Just a Note , the Hudson forum at Classic cars .com is shutting down this week. There be a public forum for Hudsons at the HET site.

Not sure if I'm going to sell it. If I was not sure what's it's worth.

    55 mercury,
You can always send me a mail if you decide to sell it.
